1. Data controller

2. Data, purposes and legal bases

• Handling enquiries: name, e-mail, optionally phone number, company, selected product and message — to answer and take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Correspondence and legal claims: enquiry data and contact history — in our legitimate interest in managing communication, documenting it and protecting legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Website security: cryptographically hashed IP address, browser and technical data — to prevent spam and abuse and ensure security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Google Maps: external content is activated only with voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time in cookie settings.

3. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be disclosed to trusted hosting, e-mail and IT support providers only as necessary to provide their services. If you consent to external content, a connection to Google Maps may involve data being transferred to Google. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards described in its privacy policy.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle it, and then for the period necessary to enter into and perform a contract or until applicable legal claims expire. Security data is kept only as long as necessary to detect abuse. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for no more than 6 months.

5. Your rights

• access your data and obtain a copy, rectify or erase it, or restrict processing;
• receive your data in a portable form where processing is automated and based on contract or consent;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing;
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

6. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data through the form is voluntary, but your name, e-mail, message and acknowledgement of the privacy information are required for us to accept and handle the enquiry. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses mechanisms necessary for a secure session, form protection and remembering your privacy choice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The optional Google map is not requested before consent. Refusal does not restrict access to the rest of the website, and the choice can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
