When should you consider SPH-500A?
The 0–500 µm fraction can be evaluated in thicker layers, lightweight mortars, concrete, refractories and large-volume formulations. Its broad particle range suits processes that can accept larger microspheres and projects focused on weight reduction and thermal insulation performance.
SPHERON A has a white-to-light-grey colour profile and is intended for projects where material appearance and lower true density are important selection criteria. The actual visual and performance result should be verified using a representative application sample.
Technical data describes the supplied material but does not replace an application trial. We recommend comparing adjacent fractions at the same volume loading and evaluating viscosity, surface finish, density and the mechanical properties of the finished product.
