When should you consider SPH-200E?
The 63–200 µm cut is intended for formulations requiring a more defined medium particle window and a reduced proportion of fines. It can support control over packing, flow and process repeatability when a full particle range starting at zero is too broad for the intended application.
SPHERON E has a light-grey-to-grey colour profile and parameters developed for industrial applications. Selection should compare not only colour but also density, sinker content and material behaviour during incorporation and mixing.
Technical data describes the supplied material but does not replace an application trial. We recommend comparing adjacent fractions at the same volume loading and evaluating viscosity, surface finish, density and the mechanical properties of the finished product.
